At the mention of Xavier's name, Tyler's face immediately grew dark. "What? Is he like your little boyfriend now?" he spat out bitterly, taking a step closer to the glass dividing them. He was now close enough to catch the slightest hint of the tortured artist lingering around his Wednesday. "He's proven to be a useful ally and a decent partner for solving mysteries," her words chosen carefully, ensuring to hammer the last nail in the coffin of Tyler's sanity. "We'll see how useful he is after I kill him." . . . Season 2 rewrite of Wednesday with Xavier Thorpe because his character missing kept bothering me.

"It's bad, right?" Tyler asked, trying to read any kind of emotion on Wednesday's stone face. "The state wants to incarcerate me after I graduate, since I don't have any family members who can be my guardian." "The state does seem determined to put you back in chains again," she confirmed, having read through the dossier of papers. "So there's no way out of this," he despaired, smushing a pillow onto his face. Cold fingertips flicked through his curls, like melting snowflakes on his scalp. "I didn't say that," Wednesday assured him. "While I'm allured by the idea of seeing you chained again, I do prefer to put them on myself. The state may be determined, but so am I, and I promise to find a way to solve this." *** Wednesday Addams will, of course, find a way to save her monster boy. But it's not until he's standing in front of a judge at the courthouse and is asked to say "I do" that Tyler realizes the extent of her promise.

The boy was tall, his face boyish, his stance non-threatening but an air of dread surrounded him nonetheless. He was pretty, objectively. Strong but lithe. He looked up, meeting her eyes. She looked at him impassively, and his eyes darkened as he took her in. Clearly, he saw something that piqued his interest in the same way hers had been piqued. His aura screamed predator but his stance portrayed prey. Interesting. "Oh my God, Wednesday," Enid's shrill voice interrupted her observations, but Wednesday didn't break eye contact with the strange boy. "Don't look at him!" The girl's voice was shaky with fear. Wednesday turned to look at her, assessing her nervous form. Damn, the boy really was inspiring fear. Wednesday hoped she could quickly inspire the same effect. "Who is he?" "That's Tyler Gaplin. He's a hyde."

This story picks up when Wednesday wakes up from her coma. It'll basically continue as if it's part 2 of s2. In this story, I'll use fan theories I like to continue the plot. Xavier will be in this story but since this is a Wyler fanfic he will not be a nice cute guy. He'll have problems with Tyler and fan over Wednesday. It also features a slow burn (because I don't think there is any other way to do this, as there is a lot of healing and mending needed) romance between him and Wednesday.
