(this is Bakubottom) Katsuki and Izuku have had an odd relationship their whole lives. They were childhood best friends who were believed to be rivals but when they are forced to share a dorm in their third year at UA, things get heated. For Izuku, this is a new discovery of feelings he didn't know he had or really understood.
