Yoon Jiwon is a member of VELVETRIX, a successful girl group preparing for its next comeback. She is also a songwriter who has spent years hiding one of her earliest songs-and everything connected to the man who once helped her work on it.
When Jiwon secretly rebuilds the song and submits it under the name SYMMETRY, management chooses it for the group's new album. They also assign Seo Changbin, a producer from Stray Kids, to help her finish it without asking her first.
Working with Changbin means letting someone else into a project that feels painfully personal. It becomes even harder when Kang Jaeheon, the producer tied to both the original song and Jiwon's past, returns to the company-and old versions of the track begin to resurface.
As the comeback moves forward, Jiwon is forced to confront what happened to her, why Jaeheon has returned, and whether she can trust Changbin without losing control of the song she fought to make hers again.
