A runaway killer nicknamed "Baby Doll Face" is preying on troubled high schoolers attending the only remaining open school in the county. As news of the killings spread during the middle of the school year, transfer students began filling the remaining slots originally reserved for students with behavioral issues. As part of the school system, a program called AMAP (Accelerated Musical Arts Program) was created to help troubled students rehabilitate and graduate on time through a structured musical education, or else they face their last warning and will be sent to Juvie.
