When a scientist decided to use beams of energy known as button rays to stop disasters, he accidentally creates superheroes known as the Lalalittles from the rays. A few other rays were created, one hitting the scientist's pet monkey, while a good one hits a robot kid he had created. More rays scatter throughout the city of Sewcute City. So the Lalalittles fight crime and the forces of evil.

The lalaloopsy girls go on a trip to the hospital to get vaccinated. Storm E and Cloud E meet a doctor who knows something about them.

Kelly watches Star, while Marco is joined by Janna on his quest. Along the way, Marco and Janna meet a bee queen, Star's cousins, and an intimidating warrior with a surprising job.
