"Don't forget to breathe," was the last thing Chan said before he was leaning forward and his fangs were piercing into the junction of his neck, his lips resting just above the jut of his collarbone as he sucked. And yeah, Hyunjin forgot to breathe. Because even if Chan was a vampire, his body was warm against him as he looped two firm hands around Hyunjin's waist to secure him when his knees nearly buckled underneath him. Or Hyunjin stumbles across a weird vampire sugar baby website, and he does not expect it to lead to him finding lovers.

"Is his mate here?" The doctor asked, and everyone shifted at the question. "Mate? What do you mean by that?" "...his significant other. Or at least someone who can help him through his heat. He doesn't have a collar on, so I assumed he didn't have an owner and is from a facility." "I'm sorry- what?" The doctor seemed perplexed at Chan's question and the rest of the groups confusion. "...Hwang Hyunjin is a hybrid- an endangered one at that- and he'll need to be taken care of." Or Hwang Hyunjin's world comes crumbling down when his identity as a hybrid is revealed at the age of 23. (Luckily- he has seven people to help build him back up.)

The creature was beautiful, its muscles rippled underneath thick silver fur that seemed to gleam under the the pastels of the evening seeping to night. Hyunjin was sure the wolf would look even more beautiful if it wasn't whimpering and bloodied on the forest floor with a bear trap around its giant paw like a noose. Or Hyunjin had planned on moving to a small town with a minimal population for college, what he hadn't planned was to be integrated into a pack of humans that could turn into wolves and learn that, yeah, apparently werewolves and vampires were real. The world came to an end on June 15th, 2005, and ever since then, Chan stuck with the group of six he had collected overtime in their small town mall. When they find a stranger in the middle of the woods with one foot in deaths door, their peaceful post-apocolyptic lives are flipped over. (Crossposted on A03)
