The line of distinction between loyalty and desperation is very thin; no one can distinguish one from the other. If you ask me why, the answer is simple. What do you truly know about another person's soul? One could look you in the eyes and lie, yet their actions speak of a deeper truth. Another may avoid and ignore you, actions suggesting betrayal, while the depths of their soul remain entirely devoted. This dilemma is both amusing and atrocious. I call it ethereal. When fear meets loyalty, the latter wins. When life meets death, neither wins. But what happens when loyalty meets loyalty until death?
