Dr. Penelope Henry wasn't new to the PTMC, but this "situationship" as Princess called it, was new. Dr. Jack Abbot, the older, brooding, night shift attending had taken a liking to Penelope immediately, though opposite shifts kept them at a safe distance. Having both served, with the baggage and scars to prove it, there was an immediate attraction.
