Zachary Taylor is a Navy veteran married to Shelley, a traveling and well-renowned hairstylist. All Zac ever wanted was what his parents have but can't seem to find it in his current spouse. Fatima Wilson is a 1st grade teacher, who is married to Marco, a consistent unemployed abuser who wants nothing more than to keep her isolated for his own sick and twisted pleasure. Zac meets Fatima by chance and develops a relationship through a series of traumatic events. In doing so, they quickly discover that even if it's "written on the wall" they should be together.
