In a modern Seoul where superpowered people known as "Amped" have gone from public saviors to commercialized celebrities, Kim Minjeong, better known as Winter, is a low-tier hero just trying to make rent. At 25, she has impressive abilities, near invulnerability, super strength, and is helpless introvert, but little patience for hero worship or the flashy culture built around it. Her friends keep trying to remind Winter that saving people is supposed to mean something. When an object crashes out of the sky and Winter's world changes forever.
