When the brightest sun and stars aligned in the heavens, their light awakened and longed to experience life upon the world. From their collective radiance came the first seven Elves, beings of starlight and sunfire, born to protect and nurture all living things. But where there is radiance, shadow is born in answer. The Moon, once a silent witness to the sun's creation, turned its gaze toward the void and gave form to the forgotten darkness. From grief, hunger, and endless night, the first Vampires arose-beings of shadow and thirst, bound to the stillness of eternity. Thus, from sun and moon, light and darkness, two ancient bloodlines came into existence. The age of Elves and Vampires has begun.
