Quinn Owens did not grow up around wealth. Her family was from a small town in Texas, where her mother owned a small, homegrown bakery, and her father taught World History at the local school district, coaching football on the side. Quinn was the eldest sister out of two, a straight-A student, and a cross country star. And then during one fateful tornado season, Quinn lost everything. The move to Boston wasn't sudden, but it was devastating. The place was cold, unfamiliar, and didn't bring Quinn an ounce of comfort...then she met a sweet, quietly confident boy named Conrad Fisher. And suddenly, her world didn't seem so grey.
