if the world was ending you'd come over right? all jang hae-rin wants for her senior year of high school is to pass the csat, hangout with her friends and avoid pissing off her twin brother. so she keeps her head low, studies diligently and avoids trouble. at least, she tried avoiding trouble. but trouble seems to find her in the form of ko kyung-jun, a boy with sharp eyes and an equally as sharp tongue. for some reason, kyung-jun seems to find immense pleasure in picking on her - pulling her hair, kicking the back of her chair, stealing her things. he's exactly the sort of person hyun-ho warned her against, the kind of person she should stay far away from. so then why does she keep entertaining his taunts? why does she find it fun? it doesn't help that with the sudden draft of high school seniors in the military and the rigorous training exercises after class, kyung-jun seems to be the only person keeping her from going insane. so she decided this - what her brother doesn't know won't hurt him, right? ko kyung-jun x reader/oc duty after school/night has come crossover best read in dark mode

"Tell me, am I nothing more than a name on a contract for you?" Pi Hanwool never cared for romance, much less marriage. To him, power was everything, and if an engagement was the price to pay, so be it. But when he learns that Iseul isn't just any girl-or rather, a past of someone-things get complicated. Can love survive in an engagement tangled in duty, revenge, and business? Or was it never meant to begin?

"In that moment, she was everything - his breath, his reason, his 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲." In a world where strength is everything, Ji Yuna refuses to prove hers. Where others fight to be seen, she fades into the background. Yet, somehow, Pi Hanwool can't keep his gaze away. She is a disruption he didn't see coming, a storm wrapped in quiet restraint... Like the tide 𝒯𝑒𝓉𝒽𝑒𝓇𝑒𝒹 by the moon, they are drawn together, quiet, inevitable. And when the secrets gradually unravel, it pulled them closer, an undeniable force, anchoring them to each other, like 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲. 𝔸𝕦𝕥𝕙𝕠𝕣'𝕤 ℕ𝕠𝕥𝕖: I couldn't stop thinking about Pi Hanwool after watching the series. The way Woomin portrayed him--so layered, so haunting --there was so much more beneath the surface. Every glance, every flicker in his eyes, every silent moment screamed of something deeper. He isn't just cold or cruel. He's someone aching for connection-for love, for understanding, for a place to belong. And I truly believe he deserves it. That's why I created this story. And that's why I created Ji Yuna. Through her, I wanted to explore what might happen if someone truly saw Hanwool -- not just the rumors or the name, but the boy underneath. Someone who wouldn't run from him. Someone who would challenge him, stay with him, and maybe even change him. This is for Hanwool. For Yuna. And for everyone who's ever been misunderstood-but still hoped someone might try to understand them. 🩵 𝘢 ❥ 𝓟𝓲 𝓗𝓪𝓷𝔀𝓸𝓸𝓵 피한울 x OC(fem) 𝘧𝘢𝘯𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘣𝘢𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘰𝘯 𝘒-𝘋𝘳𝘢𝘮𝘢 𝓢𝓽𝓾𝓭𝔂 𝓰𝓻𝓸𝓾𝓹 Dedicated to the dangerously addictive ❥ 𝓒𝓱𝓪 𝓦𝓸𝓸𝓶𝓲𝓷✨ Word Count: 175,138 Publish Date: 2025-02-21 Finish Date: 2025-07-04

"what? no," you find yourself on your feet, pleading with him desperately so he doesn't misunderstand, "kyung-jun, i swear that is not what this is." maybe at first that's what it felt like. guilt. an obligation to save kyung-jun's life when he had saved your own. but somewhere along the way, sometime during those tender, simple moments in his presence, you found that kyung-jun was different than you anticipated. he wasn't the bully you heard whispers about. there was more to him that he let on, than he allowed others to see. nowadays, when your eyes find his own, you see a boy who is hurting. who shoulders a heavy burden all alone. "then why the fuck are you barging into my life acting like you care?" 'because you'll die if i don't.' a night has come alternate universe. inspired by lovely runner & twinkling watermelon.
