Woodrow Wilson, 28th president of the United States, has landed in World War I with all of the other president candidates. The action begins when he is visiting Sarajevo, a small country in Europe, and his friend, Teddy Roosevelt, has just lashed out at him and made him feel bad, but then, a little girl walks up and gives him piece of paper that says there will be a lovely parade for the Archduke Franz Ferdinand and Duchess Sofia of Austria at noon. He decides to see what the commotion is all about, and suddenly the next thing he knows, he is out in the middle of the street, and sees the two royals dead in their own pool of blood from an unknown assassin!
