"why?" he asked clenching his jaw staring at me and that was enough for me to get scared , he came closer to me and holding both my hands he pushed me towards him "i am asking you something, why should i not touch you?" i looked down trying to blink away my tears scared of the fact that if he sees me crying, i dont know what will he do. "just please i cant do this" I tried to explain my voice broken and shaky "I.Am.Asking" he paused and digged his finger deeper in my arms, "WHY!!!!??" he yelled i flinched and started shaking furiously "because its haram" i said and started sobbing he left my both hands and held my face in his hand squeezing my cheeks painfully, while I trembled in his arms, "are you really that Muslim who cares about haram and halal?" i felt like he slapped me, i looked at him shocked tears pooling out of my eyes, he took a deep breath trying to calm himself "i own you amal sweetheart but since you keep saying its haram, i am going to marry you and then i will see what excuse you have, now take rest darling you are going to be my bride today" with that he threw me on the bed and left and i just sobbed over my condition and started praying to allah to save me. I never intended to become entangled in their politics, let alone in the bed of their prince. I crossed deserts and seas, driven by a single hope; to save my brother, the only family I have from a foreign land. He was captured by the King of Hind during our war of conquest. But to free him, I became bound to the man who snatched everything from me. The Prince whose very name fills me with rage. Rawal Ekagraj. A single night with him shattered my honor and binded me to a something, I never chose for myself. As the crowned Empress of Arabia, I could never betray my people. Yet, he made me falter. Why? His eyes. Deep, dangerous, and impenetrable eyes. Now, I am his bride. A forbidden bride trapped by vows I never wanted and held captive in a kingdom that sees me as the enemy. I lived with the fear of dying any moment there. He was never meant to be mine, just as I was never meant to be his. If we ever fall in love, which was always impossible, it would be as forbidden as it is undeniable. But Rawal was not the only danger I had to face. Something was there which I didn't know. Something which nobody knew. Dark and destructible. And when it came, we all fell on our knees. It destroyed and shed rivers of blood. But someone was still not satisfied. My past haunted me, my brother's life was slipping away, and the Prince- my captor, my enemy became the only solace I knew. He seeks peace in me, and in his arms I feel a dangerous flicker of love.

After a fierce battle, he claimed my kingdom-and my fate. I am bound by duty to my people, but it is a duty that demands the greatest sacrifice. To save my kingdom, I must marry the man who conquered it. One bound by the crown, the other by my heart. When the king of Suryagarh attacked our kingdom, he did not just conquer our lands-he shattered countless lives. Thousands of widows, children left without fathers, and girls who were only beginning to understand the world. The loss was beyond words. And yet, to save them, I had no choice but to throw myself into the flames of my own sacrifice. I sent the king a marriage proposal through my father. My father was always against it and he must have hidden the truth about me from him. I don't know what he said, but I couldn't back down. I couldn't let my people suffer more. They needed me. Sitting before the holy fire, ready to take vows with my husband, not as a wife but as a mistress, I was shedding silent tears beneath my veil-not because of the sacrifice but because of the price I will pay for it. It all began with his words: "I always loved you. It was always you, never someone else." But the reality was different: "So you were always a manwhore?" "Yes, and you are my whore." And it ends with: "You promised to stay with me during this time. I am still waiting for you. Please... do not let me down." This is a story of a time when women were nothing but objects to be used and discarded, tied down to the bed by the chains of society and sweet taste. But the queen made sure none of them were deprived of their rights. Her legacy was one of hope, as she become the first queen to free courtesans from the shackles of slavery, granting them the freedom they deserve. She married the powerful king of Hind to save her kingdom, but in doing so, she never expected he would become the very reason to turn her life upside down. Mature content included!
