A compilation of each dere type in the form of a one-shot that is ShikaNaru or NaruShika. I recently wanted to start a Yandere Shikanaru story but found a well of information concerning Dere Types. So to cover the most common/uncommon ones I've decided to compile them into this book.

[COMPLETED] Shikamaru Nara is a chunin of the Hidden Leaf village. After failing his first mission as a squad leader, the mission being to rescue Sasuke Uchiha from the Sound Four, Shikamaru comes back to the village feeling completely defeated and useless. The one and only thing he can think about, you would think it's be Sasuke, but no. It was Naruto. He couldn't keep his mind off the blonde. Shikamaru couldn't let it go; he had let down his entire team, especially Naruto. He just knew that Naruto would come back and start sulking around the village like a dead slug. However, Naruto was in high spirits, and invites a few friends, including the Nara, to his house for a guy's night. Shikamaru reluctantly accepted the offer, and showed up and his house, to discover Naruto, standing shirtless in the doorway. Shikamaru can hardly keep his eyes of of him, which draws Neji's attention. With Neji's help, Shikamaru discovers that he may have feelings for Naruto. Shikamaru has a secret: he's deathly afraid of the dark. What happens when his friends pull a prank, and he's shrouded in. his worst enemy? Will his secret be revealed? Who will come to his rescue? He is scared and afraid of how people will take his sexuality so he usually just keeps it on the down low. He doesn't want what had happened to a gay friend of his to happen to him. Naruto has been wondering about something for a very long time. He is wondering if he should take a chance with Sasuke Uchiha, the guy he likes. The only people who know about his little secret of being gay and who he likes are Kiba, Sakura, and Shikamaru. If Sasuke finds out what will he do? Sure, Naruto's aiming was on point and he was faster than any kid but there is but there was one thing he lacked. It was human interaction. In other words, friends. He was lacking friends. Minato survived the sealing of the Kyuubi as did Kushina. But after the sealing Minato, Kushina, Jiraiya, and Tsunade take the two younger siblings, Naruko and Menma, away to train with the Kyuubi's chakra while they leave Naruto in the village, and only bad things can come from that. After a few years, Orochimaru starts training Naruto only to find him a prodigy like no other with more potential than Itachi Uchiha and Minato Namikaze. How will Naruto react after 13 years, his parents and siblings come home?... Horrible Summary Naruto x Satsuki (Female Sasuke) No Uchiha Massacre for now... What if Sasuke was reborn and choose Naruto instead of Sakura?

((ObiNaru)) Naruto never really got the acknowledgement from Iruka, but passed the exam. Even years later, he never really got any acknowledgement from anyone. Sure he was on a team and everyone went to him, but they take his kindness and willingness to help for granted. The only one that cares is Jiraiya, but that's not enough...it doesn't beat the fact everyone wants him dead. Kakashi just....he doesn't know how Kakashi feels. So he runs.... And meets...."them..." As for what happens next, you'll have to read to find out.

What if Naruto left the village when he was 6 years old after unlocking a powerful Doujutsu from a near death experience and joined the Akatsuki, and becoming their leader at age 8 while training and learning under them? When he comes to the village at age 13, just in time to become a Genin, how will everyone react to him being back? How will Naruto deal with his emotions with the one he loves and the village itself?
