Nina Ward is about to start her final year at school, but things are looking bleak as she realises her best friend, Tori, has unexpectedly dropped her. To make matters worse, Nina finds herself falling for Max Daniels - Tori's long-term crush. Bullied for her supposed betrayal, and feeling the pressure to figure out what she wants to do after she finishes school, the only good thing about Nina's final year of high school is her relationship with Max, with whom she is falling for - hard. But as the year draws to a close, Nina needs to make decide what to do with her future, knowing that following her heart might break hers in the process.
