In the Warring States era, before the ninja world had established the system of one nation and one village, the transmigrator Oda Yayoi decided that this world was far too chaotic. Kanda Kyoichi transmigrated to Konoha and became a temporary instructor at the Ninja Academy. Fortunately, he awakened the Mentor System. By teaching others, he could earn rewards.
