A few years after Canada and Prussia are married, Prussia begins to fade away, and he loses things starting with his appearance, his happiness, and some of his memory. He forgets that he and Canada are in a relationship. They have to start over for Prussia to fall in love with Canada again, and before they know it, he's gone. Will Canada ever find his true love again?

America does something he regrets and goes to England for support. They talk about making mistakes, and England mentions his past life as "Arthur Kirkland," a man who died of an overdose on drugs, and America asks to see the last day of his life. Once they are done, England asks the same. They go through a tragic day and by the time it's done, it's too late for America to go home. He stays the night, and their lives feel different... Will they ever think of each other the same way again?
