Rusty and Jack are nearly ready to admit that they like each other but with Indy constantly pressuring Rusty it makes it tricky for him to concentrate on his own feelings. Meanwhile Bluey and Mackenzie are having a tough time themselves keeping the spark in their relationship after the group splits up. Aside from that Lila and Bingo are both having some trouble with romance. Also Rusty's little sister Dusty is having some trouble with the girls in her class. The entire school year goes rocky for them especially with last year's train wreck, this year isn't getting any easier.
