He loved him for fifteen years. He endured for four more. Until the silence broke him. Pond Naravit has spent his entire adult life chasing a love that was never his. Married to Joong Archen in a union of obligation, not affection, he has weathered cold indifference, cruel betrayals, and the slow erosion of his own identity. But when the man he loves finally pushes him too far, Pond makes a choice that will change everything. Divorce. Yet freedom comes with a price. As secrets unravel-a stolen song, a shattered guitar, a pendant that holds the key to a childhood rescue-Pond finds himself caught between the ghosts of his past and the unexpected warmth of a man who sees him as he truly is. Dr. Phuwin Tangsakyuen never intended to fall for his patient. But as therapy sessions turn into quiet conversations, and quiet conversations turn into something deeper, he discovers a truth he can no longer ignore: Pond is not just broken. He is extraordinary. The ring was fake. The love was real. And the truth will tear them all apart. Phuwinpond Joongpond Boy×boy Alpha×alpha Enigma×alpha It's fictional so it's not at all related to real life. "IT'S A PHUWINPOND STORY." In a world built on legacy, contracts, and names that carry more weight than the people who inherit them, two lives quietly collide under circumstances neither of them chose. Pond moves through life like he's trying not to disturb it-soft-spoken, careful, always a step back from taking up too much space. He smiles easily, but never lingers where he feels like he doesn't belong. Phuwin, on the other hand, exists in precision and silence-controlled, composed, and far too used to keeping everything exactly where it should be. When their worlds overlap, nothing about it feels simple. Not the distance between them. Not the way conversations stop short. Not the way presence alone begins to mean more than words ever do. Surrounded by people who see too much, say too little, and understand far more than they should, both of them are forced to navigate something that doesn't fit neatly into expectations or arrangements. Some things are written down. Some things are carefully agreed upon. And some things begin quietly-without permission, without warning, and without ever asking to be noticed.

Final-year medical students Pond, Joong, and William have exactly three goals: survive their last year, graduate with whatever remains of their sanity, and avoid getting publicly humiliated by their professors. Unfortunately, the hospital has other plans. Enter Dr. Phuwin Tangsakyuen, the cardiothoracic fellow whose face should probably be classified as a workplace hazard. Alongside him are Dr. Dunk Natachai, who knows everyone's business before they do, and Dr. Est Supha, who runs on caffeine, surgical skill, and questionable decision-making. With two days in cardiothoracic surgery, two days in neonatal medicine, and two days in general surgery, the students are trapped in an endless cycle of rounds, lectures, surgeries, night shifts, and increasingly suspicious eye contact. Pond is definitely not staring at Dr. Phuwin. Joong definitely has his life under control. William definitely isn't babysitting two grown adults. Nobody is developing feelings. Nobody is making bad decisions. Nobody is one inconvenience away from a complete emotional breakdown. As friendships blur into something far more complicated, hospital gossip spreads faster than medical records, scents become impossible to ignore, and six people discover that medicine can explain a lot of things. Hearts, unfortunately, are not one of them.
