Carmen wasn't the only child to live on the Isle of VILE, she was actually just the first. She sparked a movement. It took a Black sheep among wolves for them to open their minds to a new twisted possiblity. Dr. Saria Bellum could justify human genetic and growth expirments on a human because it was for SCIENCE. Professor Gunnar Maelstrom could have a fresh mental playground to mold and shape how HE wanted because there wasn't anyway that Mama bear was letting him anywhere near her lambkins. And Countess Cleo? Perhaps an heiress. Not someone to actually talk to because everyone ignored her as the "Pretty Barbie doll" type. Not for that reason at all.

It's been years since the take down of V.I.L.E and everyone has moved on. Well aside from the incrassated members of V.I.L.E, because an orange jump suit is a great reminder that you have been thwarted. Carmen really wanted to do something in return for them though, but what? Perhaps a second chance at a good life? Possible. But that left her with the nagging question of: Who? Luckily for Carmen, Zack knows of just the gal.
