This is my AU of Runaan and Ethari trying to raise Rayla when she was younger! Over these chapters, the timeline changes multiple times. These characters are not mine other than Aiden and Indigo. DISCLAIMER The first few chapters were written back in 2022, so excuse how short the chapters are, the writing style and some parts that could be considered cringe. I promise, it does get better with the more recent chapters All chapters updated recently to change the title names. Ps. The mature tag is NOT smut, I do not write that here. TW swearing, one mention along the lines of an ED (TW put at beginning of chapter as well), sexual references

I love this show. If you like the show, or just sexy, funny, blonde guys, and you're bored, you are welcome to see if you like the idea. If you don't know the show, WATCH IT OR READ THIS BECAUSE ITS AMAZING. ________________________________________ (Y/n) has never questioned her life - despite losing her parents young, she's managed to survive with a healthy dose of sarcasm and a group of friends who became more like family. Life in Katolis hasn't been perfect, but it's been fun... most of the time. Centuries of war between the Human Lands and Xadia have left darkness creeping into every corner, threatening to destroy everything beautiful. And no, it's not just Soren's bad hair days or his terrible jokes - this is the real kind of evil. Can friendship survive when the world is falling apart? Can happiness, peace, even love hold up when the odds are stacked against them? Only if you're willing to fight for it. Because even when the war seems over... evil never truly disappears. Welcome to a story where magic is real, the stakes are high, and sometimes the best way to survive is with a little laughter, chaos, and most of all, love. _________________________________________ This follows the SEVEN seasons of The Dragon Prince, and some beforehand details to add to the vibe. I change some details just because it works better in my mind!!! Hope you enjoy ;) Started: 2021 (it says otherwise because sometimes I realise my grammar SUCKED) Finished: 2025 (The writing at the start is a bit more rough due to my youth LOL)

The world was once peace between two races but war destroyed it and to make worst, humans wielded dark magic destroyed the dragon egg without mercy. The only egg that was heir to the dragon prince. Everything was lost but though it may seem, even the lowest young people can restore peace with unexpected companions who believe. Let us join these fellow adventurers to their journey all you have to do, is take a step. I own nothing but my oc. All belong to the owners. While season 2 of The Dragon Prince was incredible, I was a little disappointed that Runaan wasn't in it (though I am still hopeful). But seeing Viren in that cell was not only hard to watch at times, but also 'confirm' a little head-canon on what 'would have' happened to Runaan. But anyways, there are other head-canon about Aaravos' mirror/ Aaravos' backstory, Runaan's actual age, his relation with Rayla, and how he 'knows' the Queen of the Dragons. The story was in my mind before season 2, and I hope you'll enjoy this little twist. May contains spoilers and other subjects that's not suitable to a younger audience. (My UA[Universe Alteration] of TDP where dragon-shifters exist) [Mentor!Aaravos x OC story] Heather Scorchmarkdaughter is one of the best Dragonguards in Xadia. But her life is flipped around when a friend of hers strikes her with moon magic, forming another arcanum. Now Heather is trying to master moon magic and the rest of the arcana, all the while hiding from most of those around her. But her struggle is made a little easier when King Viren comes to attack the Storm Spire, bringing the only person who can help Heather back to Xadia; the Archmage Aaravos. Caroline is a human "step-princess" ostracised by her kingdom. Raylan is a trained elf assassin desperate to restore his family's honour. Upon their encounter and discovering the egg of the Dragon Prince, they realise they could be the key to bringing their worlds together. Teaming up with Caroline's half-siblings Ezran and Willow and their animal companions, the team set off on a quest to deliver the Dragon Prince to Xadia to restore peace to the world. Little do the pair know that their encounter will lead to something more. (Female Callum x Male Raylan) I do not own Dragon Prince or anything else. Only my OC characters.
