Metal Sonic secretly always wanted to be organic, Sage found out and convinced Eggman to make him into a real hedgehog. unfortunately, the effects of having a brand new body created for him from scratch made him completely paralyzed until he relearned every single bodily function. Eggman learns to be a gentler father and Metal learns to stop hating Sage. Also this is kinda a Frankenstein au, in a way.

This takes place in the Sonic Boom universe because I figured Orbot and Cubot don't get enough attention. NO SMUT!! Not romance focused either. The front icon was drawn by yours truly, the one and only, me. Yes, I drew it with my mouse in like 10 minutes, and yes, I used the depressed ant as reference. It wasn't meant to be good. About 1000 words per chapter. I'll be surprised if this gets more than 500 reads.

Metal Sonic is known by all as Eggman's most famous creation. The killer robot with no emotions, the "one-note jerk", one of the doctor's most deadly machines. Metal couldn't really forge an opinion about the animosity toward him. But is he truly incapable of emotion? There's somewhere he goes when he isn't ordered on a mission or at Eggman's side. This place must be special if Metal returns to it on his own.

After the events of Sonic the Hedgehog (2006), Dr. Eggman decides that after everything that's happened Metal Sonic needs an upgrade. What Dr. Eggman didn't know, however, is that Metal Sonic had grown tired of being subservient. Metal Sonic wants to make his own decisions. Metal Sonic doesn't want to listen to Eggman's foolish order. How did this happen?! One moment I was watching Sonic X in my house and now I'm lost in Station Square as the one person that never showed up in the series, Metal Sonic!!! I don't own the Sonic X series or any other Sonic series and I don't own Metal Sonic.
