Lucy Chen doesn't know who any of the main cast of the rookie is in this. Lucy doesn't really have any friends at work as everyone thinks she is too serious and cant let herself have any fun. But, will that change from one meeting?

this is my first time writing so cut me some slack and feel free to make suggestions

Lucy has a teenage son named Noah and Tim knows of him but Tim and Lucy are just friends as the minute but what if Lucy and Tim fall in love when they have a hostage situation and Lucy is the hostage will something happen to Lucy

Tim has 2 kids Noah and Isaac it has been a hard year for them they lost their mum couple months ago and it had affected the kids especially Noah Isaac is exactly like his mum smiling happy Always like his mum Noah he's stubborn like his dad his mum death has been the hardest on Noah he's been getting into trouble picking fights taking his anger out on everyone he loves Tim has been worried about him but he won't open up to Tim Tim hasn't dated since he lost his his wife years ago till he meets Lucy Chen she's a detective she transferred and Tim and Lucy knocks it off but will Isaac and Noah find out and how will they react

The damp air in the warehouse smelled of stagnant water and metallic decay. Lucy crept forward, her tactical light cutting a narrow path through the darkness. Every creak of the floorboards made her skin crawl. "This is not what I signed up for," Lucy whispered to the empty room. "Why did I take this call? I had so many things better to do, literally everything. Why do I feel the aura I'm going to die?" She shook her head, trying to shake off the chill. "I spend too much time with Celina." Suddenly, a figure lurched out from behind a rusted shipping container. The person's eyes were cloudy and white, his mouth smeared with dark and fresh blood.
