Set during Season 2 Episode 3 of Hazbin Hotel, the story starts normally enough: Vox and Velvette arrive at the Hazbin Hotel for an interview. Officially? He's there as a "co-host" to "help" Charlie's redemption project through media exposure, branding, and strategic expansion. Unofficially? He saw one emotionally constipated deer man integrated into hotel life and immediately decided to ruin his own mental stability about it. In short Vox joins the Hazbin Hotel for one reason and one reason only: Alastor. Unofficially? He's having a deeply embarrassing psychological breakdown about the fact Alastor built an entirely new life without him. Now trapped sharing a room with the Radio Demon, Vox quickly discovers that living with Alastor is far worse than publicly hating him on live television. Especially when the monster behind the smile starts feeling horribly, dangerously human. A darkly funny, chaotic slowburn full of corporate narcissism, media manipulation, unresolved obsession, emotional warfare, and enough tension to qualify as a natural disaster. Starts in Episode 3, Season 2. Then derails violently into its own timeline.
