While having to admit to himself that he is in love with his best friend, he also starts falling apart again. George, Dream and Sapnap are finally meeting up, but Dream soon realises something is completely wrong. What is George hiding? Why is he wearing those hoodie all the time and why doesn't he want to talk about his parents at all? That's not the only thing he starts realising. Clay isn't able to go to school after he gets diagnosed with gastroparesis, a partial paralysis of the stomach. The daily usage of liquid food through his nose tube, extreme stomach pains and frequent throwing up are now the main topics of his life which drives him to absolute madness... After George gets kicked out from his home, he needs to live on the streets and survive on his own as an underaged boy. He starts using his money in the wrong way and eventually runs out, seeking a job as a babysitter in a family with a very sick boy. Clay does anything to enjoy life as a normal teen and acts like the funny guy who constantly jokes about his sexuality and uses a lot of pick-up lines which makes everyone laugh. However, that soon changes when he receives weird and hurtful messages online, this soon escalates from just one message to something much more serious. Meanwhile, Clay is closeted yet he has known he likes boys for a while now after falling for George. However, he can never seem to find the time to talk to anyone about this as he has to constantly help his sick mum and sister. With the cyber bullying all becoming too much, George becomes extremely overwhelmed, while Clay finds himself taking more and more medication to calm himself every day. This soon escalated from a small issue into something unimaginably worse.
