They shift the rhythm, alter your breath, and change everything without trying. What bloomed between Poet and Agape was neither fleeting nor fragile at first, but a fire that demanded its own time, a love that was real and alive, until life and choices drew them apart. They never asked for forever, though they had it once. But some verses fall quietly, and in their falling, they become the ones we remember most.

In my more than a decade of working in the academe, I have seen how my students struggled to adjust to their College lives when Online classes were abruptly implemented due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Now, the second wave of Gen Z is having a hard time keeping up with the demands of Tertiary education. As an Educator, I felt this need to contribute more in supporting a healthy college foundation for my students, which may help them get an edge in their future careers -and change the lives of their families. As I help my students, their numbers grow, and I was confronted with the nagging truth- My reach is limited within the four corners of the universities I am connected to. This constraint hampers me to help other students from other universities or colleges who are having a hard time, not only adjusting but also surviving in tertiary education. This book was birthed from this innate need to help and aid more students who are the future of this country. I hope this book may provide you with the following: 1. Tips that may prepare you for the demands of College life. Learn to utilize the existing services of your possible Alma Mater to meet your academic needs. 2. Knowledge to help you discover your needs through self-assessment tools. 3. Learn how to navigate and succeed in getting that degree. This book is not intended to replace professionals in mental health; please seek their help. Also, this may contain topics that are not suitable for younger readers. Disclaimer: I am not an expert in the field of education. Just a humble prof who can write and use this platform to spread knowledge.

Maraming struggles, maraming haters, at maraming "blocked shots." Will their destiny end in a buzzer-beater victory or a heartbreaking loss?

All her life, Sofia believed happiness was something she had to chase. She pursued success, wealth, and love, convinced they would fill the emptiness inside her. But when betrayal destroys everything she fought for, she loses not only the man she loves but also herself. Broken and desperate to escape her past, Sofia flees to the peaceful mountains of Switzerland, where an unexpected pregnancy gives her a reason to live again. With the quiet support of David-a man carrying heartbreak of his own-she slowly begins to heal, discovering that true happiness isn't found in money, success, or even first love. Chasing Happiness is a heartfelt story of love, loss, healing, motherhood, and second chances. It reminds us that sometimes, after losing everything, we finally discover what truly matters-and that happiness is never something we chase, but something we choose to create.
