This is the story of Izuku Midoriya otherwise known as Dekiru! Izuku meets All Might three years earlier than UA and this leads to him gaining OFA sooner. This allows him to gain a better body suited to controlling OFA and access to full cowling since Izuku is smarter here than canon. However, not everything is sunshine and rainbows.
