Summer was right around the corner for the agents. And that means a two week summer break from the raelos. Formerly the nelson's mothers idea. Now became a tradition. But as the raelos became more and more important in the mission in finding their mom. Some of them had to stay behind. And shiloh had chosen them. It wasn't fair. Shiloh knew it and tried to make it more fair by choosing people to stay who went on the break more. (Basically the more breaks you went on. The more likely you were to stay behind).
