But when parrot opened up spawn, the gateway into unstable, hundreds flooded it, causing severe food shortages. With no evil overlord to blame, fury turned on ParrotX2. New villain groups-Cindercrest and The Spiders-formed to fight back. Parrot rallied a massive army, but District 13 lost.
