After struggling to figure out who she is, Sonya has thankfully come to terms with her sexuality and her and her beautiful girlfriend Coley have just started a wonderful relationship. However, Sonya has a bunch of stuff she is still trying to navigate: how to exist as a queer person in a small rural town, in a family that she doesn't know will accept her, and in a community where her toxic ex-boyfriend still roams around. This is my depiction of what happened after the ending of book, and movie Girls Like Girls. Quite a few plot twists, and a lot of hurt. Soo be prepared. Not finished yet, but am expecting to post regularly. Writing this has helped me feel more like I'm indulged in the the GLG world, and it's so thrilling.
