This story belongs to a tale written thousands of years ago, in the era of Dwapara. One of the most prosperous kingdoms during that time was that of the Yadavas. They were valiant and indomitable, rising to new powers under the guidance of Krishna. And the princess of this very state came to feel attracted towards a close comrade of her brother. That man was one of the most exceptional warriors to have walked on the reputed land of Bharatavarsha and further on became her spouse through an unsuitable practice of abduction, though on the orders of the Lord himself. It was a marriage of love that changed the future politics of Aryavarta. United under the parasol of Dwarkadhisha, both faced trials of time and destiny with their love being famed as the symbol of courage throughout ages. Their story has been retold several times with changing times and this is yet another attempt to do so. ~~~ || Om Namo Bhagwate Vasudevay || ~~~ This is a complete work of fiction and is not meant to hurt any of the readers' sentiments.

Cover credit-stxrrynxghts_ The great war had ravaged everything in its wake. Children had lost their parents, wives had lost their husbands, and mothers had lost their sons. Among them was the Princess of Dwarka herself, a mother whose heart had been torn apart. The child she had cradled in her arms, the son she had raised on her own-gone, never to return. Forever lost to the horrors of war. But could she, a woman of such strength, afford to wallow in grief? No, she could not. For beyond her sorrow, there was a greater responsibility. She had a grandson to guide, the future heir to the mighty Kuruvansha. The legacy of her family, of Dwarka, depended on her. She was a force to be reckoned with, the pride of Dwarka, the jewel of the Vrishnis-Yadavakumari Subhadra. From the days of her childhood, she had been shielded by her brothers, innocent and unaware of the world's cruelty. But life had transformed her into the formidable Rajmata of Aryavarta. The woman who stood tall, even when fate cruelly shattered her world, taking away her son, her Dwarka, her family. Yet, despite all the pain, no force could steal her strength. When hope had almost been lost, she rose-unyielding. She was a daughter, so nurturing. A sister, playful and mischievous. A princess, carefree and full of joy. A wife, gentle and loving. A mother, strong and responsible. And finally, a Rajmata, indomitable and fierce. No matter how cruel the game of destiny, she would never bend.

~ Subhadra "What if his intentions were never born of love?" "What if this marriage was nothing more than a political alliance?" "Does he truly love me... or am I merely a duty he chose to fulfill?" Tears blurred my vision. A single thought refused to leave my heart. What if I am nothing more than a means to an end... a woman desired, yet never truly seen... never cherished for who I am? ~ Arjuna "What have I done?" The question haunted me without mercy. In my desperation to make her mine, I had taken away her choice. I had brought her away from the only home she had ever known-from her family, her kingdom, and the life she loved. The weight of that truth refused to leave me. Was I selfish? Had I mistaken love for possession? Every passing moment brought only one fear. Is she truly happy as my wife... or have I become the very reason behind her silent sorrow? ~ • ~ Two hearts. One marriage. Countless unspoken fears. A tale of love, trust, healing, and the journey of two souls who must learn that true love is not won by destiny alone-but by understanding, patience, and choosing each other, every single day.......
