For generations, humanity has lived in fear of the Titans, giant humanoid creatures that roam beyond the walls and devour anyone unfortunate enough to cross their path. Behind three enormous walls, people have built a fragile civilization, believing the walls are the only thing keeping the Titans away.
But far beyond this world, another crisis is unfolding.
Across the universe, Kaiju that have consumed mysterious fragments known as Devil Splinters are becoming increasingly violent and unpredictable. To combat them, the Land of Light created the Ultra Medals, powerful artifacts containing the abilities of legendary Ultras.
Then everything goes wrong.
The space Kaiju Genegarg suddenly attacks the Land of Light, swallowing the Ultra Medals and the equipment needed to use them before escaping into deep space. Ultraman Z is sent after it, chasing Genegarg across the universe until the Kaiju finally crashes onto a strange and isolated planet.
A planet where Titans walk among humanity.
Z soon discovers that this world is nothing like the places he has fought before. There are no Ultra warriors to help him, no advanced defenses capable of stopping the Titans, and no easy way to recover the stolen Medals. Humanity is trapped behind the walls, desperately fighting to survive while knowing almost nothing about the true origin of the Titans.
During the chaos, Z encounters Haruki, a young human living within the walls. Their meeting changes everything. With Genegarg still somewhere on the planet and the threat of the Titans growing, Z chooses Haruki as his human partner, allowing the two to fuse into a single warrior.
Now Haruki must learn what it means to become an Ultra while continuing to live among a humanity that has spent its entire existence fearing the world outside the walls.
Haruki and Z find themselves caught in a conflict far larger than either of them could have imagined.
