BOOK 2 - imperfect for you series Does this kind of love deserve a second chance? Five years after leaving Briarfield behind, Mavin Keller is finally building the life he once dreamed of in Seattle. But no matter how far he runs, he still can't escape the past or the boy he left behind. When his mother's wedding brings him back home, Mavin comes face to face with Sonnie Miller for the first time in years. The boy who disappeared after that Christmas night is no longer the same: quieter, older, and carrying scars of his own. As Briarfield keeps pulling them back into each other's lives, old feelings begin to resurface through late-night conversations, lingering glances, and memories neither of them truly escaped. But loving Sonnie again means reopening wounds Mavin never learned how to heal, and risking his heart on a second chance he's not sure they can survive.
