Andy Sachs, a young inspiring journalist moves to New York City and lands a job at "Runway", a fashion magazine ran by the one and only Miranda Priestly. As she grows in her ability to succeed at her job, she comes in conflict with her coworker Emily Charlton as she replaces her on the trip to Paris Fashion week. Will this conflict make them hate each other, or bring them together as they learn about each other's feelings and pursuits in life.

Andy left Runway a few months ago. But she could not let go of certain things. "Andy felt something in her stomach and realized that if she was going to see Emily alone, she needed a drink or two to be able to survive. But being completely realistic, there were big chances that she would be murdered by Emily. If not physically, she did have the ability to wield her words as a knife."

But, she was still annoyed whenever she sees Andrea. "You're very pretty. Especially your cold blue eyes." She said, smiling. I raised an eyebrow. ​ "Is that supposed to be a compliment or an insult?" I asked, smirking. ​ "A compliment." She replied. She did love her eyes, her soft brown eyes. And Andrea felt the same for Emily's blue eyes even if they were cold towards her. But, tell me. Will they be able to be friends or more than that?

Returning to the fashion world after two decades was already overwhelming, but learning that Emily was now working at Dior surprised her even more. As Andrea spent more time around Emily, she found herself drawn to her in ways she hadn't expected.
