It was no brainer Agent likes Victim, everyone knew that. Agent knew that, the workers of rocket corp knew that, Ballista knew that, Primal as well and even Hazard who was always clueless on what's happening. It seems that Victim is the only stick in the damn facility who is clueless (is he really?), and Agent is fine with that.
