Jake shouldn't have been born an omega. He has big hands, big feet, big... well, everything. He's nothing like the sweet and dainty omegas he sometimes sees in the street, usually in the company of men who carry with them the alluring smell of alpha everywhere they go. Each time this happens, Jake has to cross the road. He's given up on the idea of ever being like those omegas. By the time he turned twenty, he realized he could never catch an alpha's eye. Now that he's twenty-eight, even the silly dreams he used to entertain as a young omega - that somehow, an alpha who'd like someone like him, who'd want him to carry his puppies, existed in the world - have faded from his mind. Until he catches a scent that makes him dizzy. During a bar brawl. From which he staggers out, bloody, adrenaline pumping in his veins. And he receives a kiss - and a bit more than he bargained for - that leaves him breathless from the man he leaped to defend during the scuffle, ending up fighting side by side with him. And then a proposition from the powerful Salazar family comes - to work for them as a bodyguard. In the Salazar mansion, he catches the same scent again, maddening him and his omega senses, despite the heat suppressants he's on. The alpha who kissed and did other things to him lives there. But who is he? Oh no, Jake realizes with dread. He's one of the Salazar brothers. The middle child. The troublemaker. The playboy. What has he gotten himself into? Warnings: Smut Violence (only against the bad guys, not between the main characters - my guys love each other very much)

There was a time when they had everything-passion, devotion, and an unspoken promise that they were unbreakable. But love, no matter how intense, was never immune to destruction. Somewhere along the way, they lost each other. It wasn't sudden. It wasn't one single moment that shattered them. It was the slow unraveling-the quiet resentments, the miscommunications, the betrayals they were too stubborn to fix. And when the final blow landed, it was devastating. Words were thrown like weapons, wounds were left open, and one of them walked away. But fate had a way of forcing people back together. Of making them face what they thought was long gone. Of testing whether what was lost could ever be found again. Now, standing on opposite sides of something neither of them could name, they were no longer the same people they used to be. Time had changed them. Pain had shaped them. But the pull between them-the one that had always existed-was still there, waiting. The question wasn't whether they could find their way back. It was whether they wanted to.
