Izuku Snow-Allen, born to Barry Allen (The Flash) & Caitlin Snow-Allen (Frost), was sent to live in Japan with a family friend in order to keep Izuku safe from Barry's arch nemesis Eobard Thawne (The Reverse Flash). Years later, Izuku gets framed by the League Of Villains and nearly everyone turned their backs on him. Then 3 months later, Izuku's released after evidence was gathered by his family and those who believed him and also the L.O.V revealing they framed Izuku. And after being released, Izuku along with those who stuck with him all left U.A to move to America to continue being superheroes, with Izuku continuing his family's legacy as Impulse and eventually coming to confront the one man who his father can't seem to stop.

Izuku will be part of a test of sorts that he and Nezu come up with, the main idea is how well can a non quirked individual do in a hero work environment, the secondary idea was how the students working as heroes would interact with a vigilante in their test. It was family week for UA, and the staff ask for their students to bring in their parents. Izuku Midoriya was once a Yagi but due to the neglect and abuse he got from his friends and family. He ran away and his past realize their mistake. Thus, Izuku was happy to ask his adoptive parents to come and visit. As the day came Izuku reunited with his parents. As they realize they see that his parents are from team rocket James and Jessie. There they discover that Izuku has Pokemon since they are hard to tame. That he has 8 Pokemon. What would happen during the family week find out.

Izumi Yagi knew something was missing from her life and she didn't know what or who it was. it was always her mom and herself for most of her life. She had three of her male classmates trying to make her their girlfriends. She doesn't feel the same way as them. So after Mineta ran away not wanting to be a hero they needed a new student. Thus Nezu sent he will pick someone. The day of the transfer student is set to arrive Izumi will learn about something that her mother keeps secret from her. The secret is that she had a twin older brother named Izuku Midoriya. Izuku also didn't know that he had a twin younger sister. They both learn that their parents divorced due to being young to get married so they separated and each took a kid. Now Izuku and Izumi are trying to get to know each other.

Izuku Aizawa, formerly Izuku Yagi, once had it all. After gaining One For All from All Might for being worthy, and his former family earning his forgiveness, everything was on the right track for Izuku. However, it all came crashing down when a certain jealous blonde pomeranian forged false evidence of Izuku betraying UA and the hero society by selling classified information to the LOV. Everyone who was one his friend turned their backs on the boy, he lost one of his girlfriends, he lost the quirk he was worthy of, even the family he managed to get back reverted to their old ways and disowned him as well as finding a way to change his DNA. Only a select group of people believed Izuku. After beating him senseless, Izuku was taken to Tartarus to rot. However, on the way to Tartarus, the transport vehicle tipped overboard into the ocean and Izuku was swept away from Japan. Days later, Izuku woke up on an island after undergoing a transformation due to his new DNA and discovered what the island was. It was a kingdom of an ancient civilization known as the Celestial race. The Celestials were humans like Izuku who wielded a powerful energy called Celestial Energy. Initially, Izuku is seen as a possible threat but is soon accepted as one of their own and stands by the Celestials' side as the next heir to the throne. However, he soon finds himself in the middle of turmoil when he meets his newest enemies, the Anti-Celestials. The Anti-Celestials were monsters bent on destroying the universe to destroy heaven as they wielded Anti-Celestial Energy. Izuku is forced to do battle with them and even assumes the throne when the current king is slain. Now Izuku has two things to worry about: defeating the Anti-Celestials and returning home to his true friends and family. Can he do both? Find out! The idea for this story is based on Gurren Lagann. As Izuku was about to confess when he overheard a conversation between Ochako and her friends. They tried to ask her for her feelings for Izuku but she denied saying that she feels sorry for her. She looks back to see him there as her heart breaks. Izuku left as Ochako tried to talk but she couldn't. Izuku transferred schools the next week. As years later at UA. Ochako is in class with her classmates as she was talking with Izumi Yagi (Izuku's cousin) A new transfer student came inside as it was Izuku Midoriya. Ochako was happy to have him back in her life. She follows him as her heart breaks to see Izuku kissing Momo. Ochako is too late as Izuku is in love with Momo who ain't ashamed to present him as her boyfriend.

Izuku Midoriya formerly izuku yagi had a good life up until he was diagnosed quirkless. He was neglected and beaten by his own (all might, magnetic and Izumi) family and (1A) friends. Over the years izuku learn how to defend himself in private, read comics from before quirks were around and learning about heroes quirks. One day, while izuku is running away from his tormentors, he runs into the forest to lose them. After he does he realizes he's lost and then he sees a meteor coming towards him. After it crashes izuku feels like it's calling to him, he goes near it and almost in an instant he feels a sudden surge of power and strength he never felt before. Now with these new abilities he will become the next number one hero and symbol of hope.
