Arckine Harris is part of an elite group called the Ultimates. They are very few of them. They run the world. They do what others can't. Even the world's leaders answer to them. They do what they say. They fight wars the world shouldn't know about. But when a recent, secret war starts Arckine will have to go behind enemy lines to beat this threat.
