"What? No, of course not. You're joking right?" That's what Oliver Wood told Erin Evans when she had finally gathered the courage to ask him out on a date. He had stepped on her heart and didn't even seem to notice it. But this year Erin is going for team captain of the Hufflepuff Quidditch team, so she'd for sure be on Oliver's radar. Erin wants to protect her heart from getting hurt all over again, but can she keep that up when Oliver can't seem to leave her alone? All characters except for Erin Evans are owned by JK Rowling. I do NOT support JKR at all, but I wrote this fan fiction years ago when I didn't know any better, and the Harry Potter universe was a big part of my teen life. Includes LGBTQ+ themes/characters, but the main romance is a boyxgirl.

What if the families of the champions were all invited/required to attend the entirety of the Triwizard Tournament? Sure, Cedric and the others might be delighted, but Harry? Hogwarts is his escape from Privet Drive, from the Dursleys. He's kept their mistreatment of him a secret for as long as he could, but now, they're at his school. The one thing Harry didn't realize however, is that his friends are there for him. Sure, he protected them from the Dark Lord and a basilisk and a werewolf- now it's their turn to protect him from what his fears most: his family.

A slow-burn Hogwarts story about finding your place, your people, and the one person you didn't see coming. Transferring from Ilvermorny to Hogwarts in her third year was supposed to be a challenging but Y/N didn't expect it to change everything. she's learning how to navigate ancient castle corridors, awkward British traditions, and a whole new kind of magic. There's laughter in unexpected places, magic she didn't know she'd love, and a pair of twins who always seem to drag her into trouble. And then there's him. Not someone she expected. Not someone she even notices at first. This isn't just a story about love at first sight It's about slow shifts, lingering glances, and the quiet kind of focus that creeps in before you realize you've already lost it.
