Some of us have the power to manipulate elements, others have the power to move things with their minds. Some can see the future and some can even control their visibility. The list is endless. People like us were hunted and killed, because society saw us as a threat to their 'peaceful' world. After the war, we became extinct. People thought we no longer existed. But that's not the case. We survived. A few of us, actually. Unfortunately, we have no choice but to go into hiding and try to live normal lives. Because if the Agency ever finds out about us, they will kill us. All of us.

When Anthony Warhol, who lives in 2276, encounters a secret society called green-coats, and a large construction project, what will happen? Men are dying on the project, and Anthony won't take any more. He must figure out who the green-coats are, and how they can help him. Not everyone wants Anthony to succeed however, and his life is in more danger than he ever knew.
