Pelagia Dragonsong was born into a wealthy family and grew up with dragons. She adores dragons and was into writing songs until she recently got into writing stories, and her best friend Wurora encouraged her to write stories. However, she came across a cat that was playful and bit her, and now she has gained cat abilities.
