Terjadi sebuah konfik besar antar Aliansi Penjahat dan Hero. karena sebuah alasan pemerintah dan kepala sekolah Yuuei meminta tolong sebuah organisasi yang paling di takuti di Yokohama bernama Port Mafia. Membuat Mori bos Port Mafia mengirim dua orang Eksekutif yang terkenal dengan julukan Soukoku/Double Black ke Yuuei.

Disaat para Hero mengalami konflik dengan para penjahat, kepala sekolah Yuuei yaitu Nezu meminta tolong kepada organisasi mafia yang paling ditakuti dunia yang bernama Port Mafia yang berada di kota Yokohama. Yokohama sendiri adalah kota yang penuh misteri karena sejak kemunculan Quirk kota itu menutup diri dari Jepang bahkan seluruh dunia.Tidak ada yang tahu kota seperti apa Yokohama karena tidak pernah ada Hero ataupun penjahat yang bisa keluar dari sana.Hanya sedikit orang yang bisa keluar dari Yokohama dan hanya memiliki sedikit informasi dari sana. Working together while soaked in blood, they climb the city's impenetrable barrier in a desperate attempt to survive this ordeal and start a new life. Their new life, now filled with a world of heroes and villains. The two boys now living in this new world under the guardianship of a homeless-looking man and a blond with an annoyingly flashy appearance and loud voice. What will become of these two tragedy-stricken boys and their newfound home? Will they heal from their trauma and become heros? Will their budding romance bear fruit? This is my first fanfiction and my first time writing something publicly like this( sorry if it sucks). This is a fan-fiction cross-mix with Bungo Stray Dogs and My Hero Academia being in the same universe. The characters may not act canonically, In this story, Dazai and Chuuya are both 15 and still in the port mafia. In this world, ability users were prosecuted in society so they had to seal themselves in Yokohama city, allowing no one to enter or leave. While on the outside world, quirks had developed and the existence of ability users became forgotten with the rise of heroes and villains. The citizens of Yokohama are aware of what is going on in the outside world but think it's stupid to label someone as good or evil. No, that is not my original idea and I got heavy Inspiration from "This Boys Too Young to be Singing the Blues", By Distonail. It's an amazing read, I recommend it. :) Ps.
