Melinda "Mel" Monroe and Jack Sheridan are both residents of a small town called "Virgin River", the lovebirds fell in love after Mel moved from Los Angeles looking for a new start. Mel and Jack are happily married, the two of them have been struggling to have children, Mel unfortunately suffered multiple miscarriages, completely stressed out by the situation, the two of them start to give up on starting a family, especially Mel, who has suffered nothing but pain and grief. But the two of them make small talk and eventually make the decision to adopt, a big family is what they want. Insight of their lives as a big happy family.
