Fuzen Kanpeki has shattered. With permission from the Hokage, she has left all she has known: her family, her house, her village, her friends. She has only one goal in mind. She must grow stronger. Meet Fuzen Kanpeki. She leads a normal life. A student in the ninja academy at Konoha. A good student. A couple of friends. A family to come home to every day. Mother, Father, Sister. A loving family, no? That's right. No.

They were gone. All dead. I was only left with my sister. And now, I will do anything to protect her. We can't live like this forever, just out in the world. No longer with a place to call home. Where will we go now? A place, highly spoke of through out Fire Country. A safe place. But of us, we are unknown to them. Only heard of in legends, our Village. But now, the last members come seeking refuge. Somewhere that at one point in time, we were secret allies. Now we are here. Will they accept us? The future is unknown and full of uncertainty. Phoenix is an orphaned girl born in the snow. She has no memories of any parents or childhood, or any happiness of any kind. After a freak accident in the town she seemingly grew up in, Phoenix is taken to the Leaf Village where she is to start a new life. For seemingly endless years of nothing but numbness and total isolationism, with Phoenix be able to find the fire within? Or with the darkness consume her completely? Along the way, she will experience things she's never felt before: friendship, kindness, betrayal, confusion, etc. But most of all, she will find the strength within to love the one person who truly gave her a chance and accepts her for who and what she is, even if it means it could be the end of the world.
