My heart pounded as I rushed down the hall. My brother finally did it, he finally lost it. I heard shots fire in the cafeteria, I flinched. This isn’t happening, I told myself. I heard someone’s heavy breathing from behind a shelf that stuck out of the wall. “Come on ash we have to go!” I said clamping onto the blonde boy’s hand. I pulled him up and dragged him along. “ALEEAH!” A voice boomed. No, no, no, this isn’t happening. I turned to face my brother whose hand held a jet black gun, his arms raised, gun pointing at me, ready to fire. The gun sounded.

"So what's your name, miss America?" He asked leaning his side against the chair, propping himself up with his arm. Oh god, his arm; tanned and toned. It took me a second to get it out. I'm sure he could feel how uncomfortable I was and I could tell he thought it was hilarious by the look of his crooked smile. "Um.... It's uh. Ju-Juliette. Juliette St. Cloud." Damn it, Jules, get your act together! It's just a boy for Christ's sake. "Ah, that's a beautiful name," he smiled, cheekily. "And yours?" I asked, hesitantly.
