Living with guilt is hard, sure. But living with that guilt while juggling guardianship of your little sister, navigating high school, pulling off nefarious, yet fairly tame illegal activities and being forced into friendships with random boys by your conniving teacher is even harder. He's a little on the quiet side, but his sharp observance skills and his artwork often make up for what he doesn't say out loud. Ethan is genuine and balanced, and he might just be the Band-Aid that Tasha's gaping wounds need to finally mend.
