The mystery of the disappearance of Alice and Maria's great grandmother still bothers everyone in their family today. When the girls celebrate their birthdays, they get some journals that their great grandmother had wrapped before she disappeared, as though she already knew what their names would be. When they're reading these journals, they find some clues to her vanishment and soon after, their own.
