Some scars don't disappear just because you leave the place that gave them to you.
Jisung spent most of his childhood learning how to survive.
An abusive father.
A mother slowly losing herself to an illness she never deserved.
A school where cruelty followed him into every hallway.
And Minho-the boy who somehow became both the person Jisung hated most and the person he could never stop looking at.
At seventeen, Jisung thought there was no future waiting for him.
Four years later, he returns to Korea carrying the same scars beneath a different life.
His mother is still fighting for her health.
His father is still the man Jisung has spent his entire life being afraid of.
But Jisung is tired of being afraid.
So when an unexpected encounter leads him to an underground boxing club and a job that might finally give him a way out, he begins building something of his own.
For the first time, Jisung starts learning what strength actually feels like.
Then he finds Minho again.
The same boy who once made his life a living hell.
Except Minho isn't the same anymore.
And neither is Jisung.
Because sometimes, the person who hurt you is also the person who knows exactly where your scars are.
And sometimes, the kindness you've spent your whole life wishing for comes from the last person you ever expected to give it to you.
Jisung doesn't know what scares him more-
forgiving Minho,
or realizing he never stopped wanting him.
And while his mother fights to hold on to the pieces of her life, Jisung has to decide what he's willing to fight for in his own.
Revenge?
Freedom?
Forgiveness?
Or the possibility that some people can change enough to become something they never were before.
Because what once attracts you never quite stops.
Especially when, for the first time, it's finally giving you the love you thought you never deserved.
